We understand that your home may be custom and unique, with that in mind, it’s very likely comparable properties may not be available. In this situation, we use relevant properties as a benchmark to determine the value of your custom home.

We do not offer a “listing presentation” to our clients. Why? The answer is simple— a listing presentation implies all we’re going to do is list your home. Instead, we provide our clients with a marketing proposal which involves a discussion of the market (analyzing the current market statistics), a consultation about strategic pricing and a presentation of our recommended marketing plan.
