To ease the seller’s burden, the Krefman Real Estate Group has shifted much of the work relating to home improvement, marketing, negotiation, and escrow onto ourselves. We have a team of specialists, including but not limited to, a handyman, photographers and a marketing manager who are dedicated exclusively to assisting homeowners through the home-selling process. This is one of the many complimentary services we offer for our sellers.

The Basics of the Marketing Plan

  • Pre-Listing Preparation: Complimentary property inspection and handyman service (up to six hours).
  • Marketing Options: Professional photography and/or custom video of your listing and social media campaigns for increased exposure, full-color, multi-page home brochures, advertisement in local papers, syndication across various listing services including Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com.
  • Broker Opens/Open Houses: Catered food at Broker Tours and catered snacks and beverages from local restaurants.
